Advice you would give to freshmen: For those who are growing in this large world, and even those who have grown already.  I recommend that you live by the words "Never mistake one's kindness for his or her weakness."  In other words, be grateful of the generosity of others and not to take advantage of them.  Be kind and respectful to others.  It pays off in the end and makes you feel like a new man.
